Adam Evripidou – Director 
The Evripidou family has been involved in the building and construction industry for three generations; this knowledge and experience provided Adam with the vision and passion to create Calibre Property Developments. Adam holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree from the University of NSW and has 15 years experience in acquisitions, construction, project delivery, development management and architectural design.
Adam’s career in engineering and architectural design spans over two decades and he exclusively project managed the company’s previous developments. Adam’s own personal knowledge and experience of living in medium density housing developments is imperative to the success of each project and provides Calibre with a distinctive edge - a leader in the development of high quality medium density projects representing superiority and excellence.
Angela Travis – Sales & Marketing
Angela is responsible for managing and implementing the product sales and marketing campaigns for Calibre Property Developments under Calibre Sales. Angela has extensive experience in all areas of sales and marketing including public relations, communications, advertising and relationship management. Her knowledge and experience in the property industry, and specifically medium density housing developments, spans over two decades.
Angela is a licensed real estate agent which enables Calibre Property Developments to manage the entire project from site procurement to the turn of the key. The in-house sales and marketing division, Calibre Sales, allows the company to keep management costs and commissions to a minimum which provides a significant saving for our clients. Calibre Sales represents a hassle free and enjoyable journey as our clients invest in their future with the purchase of one of our properties direct from the developer.
